 7. Returns and resizing

 7.1 Returns

You have 30 calendar days after receipt to return non-personalized items that do not satisfy you. Before returning a product, you must contact our customer service by email or registered mail for return instructions. 

The products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and the invoice. If the conditions are not respected, the return will be refused and no refund will be made. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 7.2 Return conditions

Returns will only be accepted for items that are unworn, unmodified and in their original condition. Made-to-measure or personalized products cannot be returned without prior agreement.

 7.3 Resizing

You have the possibility to request a resize within 30 calendar days after receipt of the product. Return costs are covered if the return is made from eligible countries. Once the resizing has been carried out, the product can no longer be returned or exchanged.
