Delivery Times and Refunds
1. Information on production and delivery times
Lauredi jewelry is made to order, which involves a production delay before shipping . Lauredi undertakes to respect the following deadlines:
- Production time: 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.
- Shipping time in mainland France after production:
- Standard delivery: 2 to 5 working days
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days (when available)
The total estimated time, from order to receipt, is therefore 3 to 5 weeks depending on the delivery method chosen.
These deadlines are given as an indication and may vary depending on the complexity of the jewelry and periods of high demand. Lauredi undertakes to inform you of any significant change within these deadlines.
2. Confirmation of delivery time
When confirming the order, Lauredi will provide you with an estimated delivery date. This date will take into account production time and shipping time.
3 Order tracking
Lauredi will keep you informed of the different stages of manufacturing and shipping of her order. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the order is shipped.
4 Late delivery
In the event of a delay in production or shipping, Lauredi undertakes to inform you as soon as possible by e-mail and to indicate a new estimated delivery date.
6 Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
In the event of delay in delivery due to exceptional circumstances or a case of force majeure (as defined in the "Force Majeure" section of these General Terms and Conditions), Lauredi undertakes to inform you as soon as possible. In these situations, delivery times will be suspended until the end of the exceptional event. If the delay continues beyond 30 days, either party will have the option of terminating the contract, without penalty or damages.
7 Contract Resolution
You can immediately terminate the contract when Lauredi refuses to deliver the goods or when compliance with the delivery time constitutes for you an essential condition of the contract expressly mentioned during the command.
8 Refund
In the event of termination of the contract, Lauredi undertakes to reimburse you for all sums paid, at the latest within 14 working days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one you received from the Customer during your initial order, unless you expressly agree to another means of payment. refund.
Lauredi will notify you by email once the refund has been made.
9. Receipt of the package
Upon receipt of the package, you are required to carefully check its external condition before shipping it. 'accept.
In the event of visible damage (deformed, opened, wet package, etc.), you must refuse the package and return it immediately to the carrier. You must then inform Lauredi of this refusal as soon as possible, ideally the same day, by contacting customer service at info@lauredi.com.
If you accept the package despite apparent damage, Lauredi cannot be held responsible for any damage observed subsequently.
In the event that damage not visible from the outside is noted when opening the packages, you must report them to Lauredi within 3 working days of receipt, providing detailed photos of the package and the damaged product.
Lauredi reserves the right to investigate circumstances of delivery before proceeding with a possible replacement or refund of the product
