However, if your piece is ready sooner, we are committed to delivering it to you immediately. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your non-personalized jewelry in its original condition. Bespoke creations are not eligible for returns.

Care and Maintenance
How do I care for my gold and diamond pieces?
Prepare a solution of lukewarm water and mild washing-up liquid, then soak the jewellery for 10–15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, paying particular attention beneath the stones, then rinse with lukewarm water. Finish by drying with a soft, lint-free cloth.
