All our jewellery is made to order to ensure its quality. This handcrafted process generally requires a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. However, if the piece is ready sooner, we undertake to deliver it to you immediately. Thank you for your understanding of our commitment to responsible, personalised production.
30-day returns
You have 30 days after receipt to return your non-personalized jewelry in its original condition. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns.

Care and Maintenance
How do I care for my gold and diamond pieces?
Prepare a solution of lukewarm water and mild washing-up liquid, then soak the jewellery for 10–15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, paying special attention beneath the stones, then rinse with lukewarm water. Finish by drying with a soft, lint-free cloth.
