The Mme La Marquise Ring in blue is built around an immediate contrast: an intense blue marquise at the center, surrounded by eight white diamonds. The composition is symmetrical—four white marquises set in an arc, four round brilliants in bezel setting—but it’s the blue that defines the piece. Set on a wide 18k gold band, it catches the light differently depending on the angle: sometimes deep, sometimes electric.

The marquise diamond was born of a royal commission. In 1745, Louis XV had a diamond cut into a smile-shaped form for the Marquise de Pompadour: an elongated stone with tapered points, its silhouette mirroring the curve of her lips. It was named the marquise, or navette. Three centuries later, at LAUREDI, we chose this cut not only for its history, but for what it does to light. The marquise concentrates, elongates, and asserts. On the finger, it lengthens the line. On the wrist, it brings structure. At the neck, it draws the eye before anything else. The Mme La Marquise collection is built around a single principle: a coloured lab-grown diamond, selected for its saturation and cut, surrounded by white diamonds that enhance its brilliance without competing with it. Each piece is crafted in our Paris workshop in 18-carat gold, with a choice of metal and centre-stone colour. Blue, pink, green, yellow, white. Five expressions of the same character.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your non-personalized jewelry in its original condition. Bespoke creations are not eligible for returns.

Care and Maintenance
How do I care for my gold and diamond pieces?
Prepare a solution of lukewarm water and mild washing-up liquid, then soak the jewellery for 10–15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, paying particular attention beneath the stones, then rinse with lukewarm water. Finish by drying with a soft, lint-free cloth.
