However, if the piece is ready earlier, we are committed to delivering it to you immediately. You have 30 days from receipt to return your non-personalized jewelry in its original condition. Bespoke creations are not eligible for returns.

How do I care for my gold and diamond pieces?
Prepare a solution of lukewarm water and mild dish soap, then soak the jewelry for 10–15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, paying special attention under the stones, then rinse with lukewarm water. Finish by drying with a soft, lint-free cloth. Learn more by reading our dedicated guide.
