However, if the piece is ready sooner, we undertake to deliver it to you immediately. Thank you for your understanding of our commitment to responsible, personalised production.

You have 30 days after receipt to return your non-personalized jewelry in its original condition. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns.

How do I care for my gold and diamond pieces?
Prepare a solution of lukewarm water and mild washing-up liquid, then soak the jewellery for 10–15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, paying particular attention beneath the stones, then rinse with lukewarm water. Finish by drying with a soft, lint-free cloth.
